Go to your desktop, right click
My Computer, and
left click Properties.

Then for Windows XP
and 2000 Users, left click the (a) Hardware tab and then
left click the (b) Device Manager button.

Double Click on Mouse
and other pointing devices, then Right Click on Microsoft
Ballpoint Mouse, select "Disable"
